Details of the transaction are as follows: 中略 Because the buyer's credit card issuer has returned the funds to the card owner, the amount of the above-referenced transaction has been debited from your PayPal Account. PayPal has been charged a fee from the buyer's credit card company, and a result we have had to assess your PayPal Account a chargeback settlement fee of $10.00 USD.
This transaction was reversed for the following reason(s):
- We did not receive verifiable tracking information. - The merchandise was shipped to an Unconfirmed Address.
Using the information you provided, PayPal is submitting a dispute with the buyer's card issuer to contest the chargeback. There is no guarantee that the dispute will be successful; however, if the dispute is won, you will receive a credit to your account for the amount of the chargeback.
Disputing a chargeback with a credit card issuer is a lengthy process, so please allow 75 days for the completion of this process. If you have not already received your merchandise from the buyer and would like the merchandise returned to you, we encourage you to contact the buyer directly to arrange for the merchandise return.
